J ehovah of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely, as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:

أقسَمَ اللهُ القَدِيرُ فَقالَ: «كَما عَزَمْتُ سَيَكُونُ، وَكَما خَطَّطتُ سَيَحدُثُ.
