T hen I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labor that I had labored to do; and, behold, all was vanity and a striving after wind, and there was no profit under the sun.

Consideré luego todas las obras que mis manos habían hecho y el trabajo en que me había empeñado, y resultó que todo era vanidad y correr tras el viento, y sin provecho bajo el sol.
