A nd Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto Jehovah: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

Mosè dunque, lasciato i Faraone, uscì dalla città e protese le mani all'Eterno; allora i tuoni e la grandine cessarono e non cadde piú pioggia sulla terra.
