A nd Moses spake before Jehovah, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?

But Moses said to the Lord, Behold, the Israelites have not listened to me; how then shall Pharaoh give heed to me, who am of deficient and impeded speech?
