b ut the seventh day is a sabbath unto Jehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man-servant, nor thy maid-servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

mas o sétimo dia é o sábado dedicado ao Senhor, o teu Deus. Nesse dia não farás trabalho algum, nem tu, nem teus filhos ou filhas, nem teus servos ou servas, nem teus animais, nem os estrangeiros que morarem em tuas cidades.
