S acrifice and offering thou hast no delight in; Mine ears hast thou opened: Burnt-offering and sin-offering hast thou not required.

Tu nu doreşti nici jertfă, nici dar de mîncare, ci mi-ai străpuns urechile; nu ceri nici ardere de tot, nici jertfă de ispăşire.
