N ow when Mordecai knew all that was done, Mordecai rent his clothes, and put on sackcloth with ashes, and went out into the midst of the city, and cried with a loud and a bitter cry;

Când Mardoheu a auzit tot ce s-a întâmplat, şi-a sfâşiat hainele, s-a îmbrăcat în sac şi cenuşă, a ieşit în mijlocul cetăţii şi s-a jeluit cu strigăte mari şi amare.
