Ezra 10:6 ~ Esdra 10:6

T hen Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Jehohanan the son of Eliashib: and when he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water; for he mourned because of the trespass of them of the captivity.

Così Esdra si alzò davanti alla casa di Dio e andò nella camera di Iocanan, figlio di Eliasib; e dopo esserci entrato, non mangiò pane né bevve acqua, perché faceva cordoglio per l’infedeltà di quelli che erano stati in esilio.
