W herefore Jehovah his God delivered him into the hand of the king of Syria; and they smote him, and carried away of his a great multitude of captives, and brought them to Damascus. And he was also delivered into the hand of the king of Israel, who smote him with a great slaughter.

Por lo cual el Señor su Dios lo entregó en manos del rey de los arameos, que lo derrotaron, tomaron de él gran número de cautivos y los llevaron a Damasco. Y también él fue entregado en manos del rey de Israel, el cual lo hirió con gran mortandad.
