A nd when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they forsook their cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.

Al ver todos los de Israel que habitaban en el valle que habían huido las tropas y que Saúl y sus hijos habían muerto, dejaron sus ciudades y huyeron. Vinieron entonces los filisteos y se establecieron en ellas.
