A nd they went after them unto the Jordan: and, lo, all the way was full of garments and vessels, which the Syrians had cast away in their haste. And the messengers returned, and told the king.

Ils allèrent après eux jusqu'au Jourdain; et voici, toute la route était pleine de vêtements et d'objets que les Syriens avaient jetés dans leur précipitation. Les messagers revinrent, et le rapportèrent au roi.
