A nd the mother of the child said, As Jehovah liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. And he arose, and followed her.

فَقالَتْ أُمُّ الولَدِ: «أُقْسِمُ بِاللهِ الحَيِّ وَبِحَياتِكَ، لَنْ أعُودَ إلَى بَيتِي إلّا مَعَكَ!» فَقامَ ألِيشَعُ وَتَبِعَها.
