I n his days Pharaoh-necoh king of Egypt went up against the king of Assyria to the river Euphrates: and king Josiah went against him; and Pharaoh-necoh slew him at Megiddo, when he had seen him.

En aquellos días el faraón Necao, rey de Egipto, subió hacia el río Éufrates al encuentro del rey de Asiria. Contra él salió el rey Josías; pero en cuanto aquél lo vio, lo mató en Meguido.
