A nd it came to pass that night, that the angel of Jehovah went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when men arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

Sucedeu, pois, que naquela mesma noite saiu o anjo do Senhor, e feriu no arraial dos assírios a cento e oitenta e cinco mil deles: e, levantando-se os assírios pela manhã cedo, eis que aqueles eram todos cadáveres.
