T hou hast indeed smitten Edom, and thy heart hath lifted thee up: glory thereof, and abide at home; for why shouldest thou meddle to thy hurt, that thou shouldest fall, even thou, and Judah with thee?

Ciertamente has herido á Edom, y tu corazón te ha envanecido: gloríate pues, mas estáte en tu casa. ¿Y por qué te entrometerás en un mal, para que caigas tú, y Judá contigo?
