B ath-sheba therefore went unto king Solomon, to speak unto him for Adonijah. And the king rose up to meet her, and bowed himself unto her, and sat down on his throne, and caused a throne to be set for the king's mother; and she sat on his right hand.

Bath Schéba se rendit auprès du roi Salomon, pour lui parler en faveur d'Adonija. Le roi se leva pour aller à sa rencontre, il se prosterna devant elle, et il s'assit sur son trône. On plaça un siège pour la mère du roi, et elle s'assit à sa droite.
