1 Kings 2:15 ~ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻭ 2:15

A nd he said, Thou knowest that the kingdom was mine, and that all Israel set their faces on me, that I should reign: howbeit the kingdom is turned about, and is become my brother's; for it was his from Jehovah.

فَقالَ: «أنتِ تَعْرِفينَ أنَّ المَملَكَةَ كانَتْ ذاتَ يَومٍ لِي. وَقَدْ تَوَقَّعَ جَميعُ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ أنِّي سَأكُونُ مَلِكاً عَلَيهِمْ. غَيرَ أنَّ الحالَ تَغَيَّرَتْ. فَصارَ أخِي المَلِكَ الآنَ لِأنَّ اللهَ هُوَ الَّذِي اختارَهُ لِهَذا.
