A nd Jeroboam ordained a feast in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the feast that is in Judah, and he went up unto the altar; so did he in Beth-el, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made: and he placed in Beth-el the priests of the high places that he had made.

耶 羅 波 安 定 八 月 十 五 日 為 節 期 ， 像 在 猶 大 的 節 期 一 樣 ， 自 己 上 壇 獻 祭 。 他 在 伯 特 利 也 這 樣 向 他 所 鑄 的 牛 犢 獻 祭 ， 又 將 立 為 邱 壇 的 祭 司 安 置 在 伯 特 利 。
