A nd king David sent to Zadok and to Abiathar the priests, saying, Speak unto the elders of Judah, saying, Why are ye the last to bring the king back to his house? seeing the speech of all Israel is come to the king, to bring him to his house.

Allora il re Davide mandò a dire ai sacerdoti Tsadok e Abiathar: «Parlate agli anziani di Giuda e dite loro: "Perché dovreste essere gli ultimi a far tornare il re a casa sua, poiché i discorsi di tutto Israele sono giunti fino al re, a questa stessa casa?
