A nd he brought forth the people that were therein, and put them under saws, and under harrows of iron, and under axes of iron, and made them pass through the brickkiln: and thus did he unto all the cities of the children of Ammon. And David and all the people returned unto Jerusalem.

Изведе и людете, които бяха в него, та го тури под триони и под железни дикани и под железни брадви, и преведе ги през пещта за тухли; и така постъпи с всички градове на амонците. Тогава Давид се върна с всичките люде в Ерусалим.
