O nly the land of the priests bought he not: for the priests had a portion from Pharaoh, and did eat their portion which Pharaoh gave them; wherefore they sold not their land.

Somente a terra dos sacerdotes não a comprou, porquanto os sacerdotes tinham rações de Faraó, e eles comiam as suas rações que Faraó lhes havia dado; por isso não venderam a sua terra.
