Genesis 43:7 ~ Gênesis 43:7

A nd they said, The man asked straitly concerning ourselves, and concerning our kindred, saying, Is your father yet alive? have ye another brother? and we told him according to the tenor of these words: could we in any wise know that he would say, Bring your brother down?

E lhe responderam: “Ele nos interrogou sobre nós e sobre nossa família. E também nos perguntou: ‘O pai de vocês ainda está vivo? Vocês têm outro irmão?’ Nós simplesmente respondemos ao que ele nos perguntou. Como poderíamos saber que ele exigiria que levássemos o nosso irmão?”
