S aul heard that David was discovered, and the men that were with him. Saul was sitting in Gibeah under the tamarisk tree on the height, his spear in his hand and all his servants standing about him.

Oyó Saúl que David y los que estaban con él habían sido vistos. Estaba Saúl sentado en Gabaa, debajo de un tamarisco, sobre un alto, con la lanza en su mano, y rodeado de todos sus siervos.
