1 Samuel 18:25 ~ ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 18:25

S aul said, Say this to David, The king wants no dowry but a hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to avenge himself of the king’s enemies. But Saul thought to make David fall by the Philistines’ hands.

فَقالَ لَهُمْ شاوُلُ: «قُولُوا لداوُدَ: ‹لا يُرِيدُ المَلِكُ مِنكَ مَهْراً لابنَتِهِ، بَلْ يُرِيدُ أنْ يَنتَقِمَ مِنْ عَدُوِّهِ. فَمَهْرُ ابنَتِهِ هُوَ مِئَةُ غُرلةٍ مِنَ الفِلِسْطِيِّينَ.›» وَكانَ شاوُلُ يَنوِي فِي حَقِيقَةِ الأمرِ أنْ يَدَعَ الفِلِسْطِيِّينَ يَقتُلُونَ داوُدَ.
