T hen Gideon went in and prepared a kid and unleavened cakes of an ephah of flour. The meat he put in a basket and the broth in a pot, and brought them to Him under the oak and presented them.

Allora Gedeone entrò in casa, preparò un capretto e, con un efa di farina, fece delle focacce azzime; mise la carne in un canestro, il brodo in una pentola, gli portò tutto sotto il terebinto e glielo offrì.
