S o the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and He sold them into the hand of Chushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia; and the Israelites served Chushan-rishathaim eight years.

فاشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللهِ عَلَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ، وَسَمَحَ لِكُوشانَ رِشَعْتايِمَ، مَلِكِ أرامَ النَّهرَينِ بِأنْ يَغزُوهُمْ. فَخَدَمَ بَنُو إسْرائِيلَ كُوشانَ رِشَعْتايِمَ مُدَّةَ ثَمانِي سَنَواتٍ،
