B ut when the Israelites cried to the Lord, the Lord raised them up a deliverer, Ehud son of Gera, a Benjamite, a left-handed man; and by him the Israelites sent tribute to Eglon king of Moab.

Pero los israelitas volvieron a pedir ayuda al Señor, y él volvió a levantar a otro libertador. Eligió a un benjaminita zurdo llamado Aod hijo de Gera. Un día, los israelitas enviaron un regalo a Eglón, rey de Moab, por medio de Aod.
