A nd the Spirit of the Lord came upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon and slew thirty men of them and took their apparel, and gave the changes of garments to those who explained the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father’s house.

Entonces el Espíritu del Señor vino sobre él con gran poder, y descendió a Ascalón y mató a treinta de ellos y tomando sus despojos, dio las mudas de ropa a los que habían declarado el enigma. Y ardiendo en ira, subió a la casa de su padre.
