A nd those who dwell on the earth will gloat and exult over them and rejoice exceedingly, taking their ease and sending presents to one another, because these two prophets had been such a vexation and trouble and torment to all the dwellers on the earth.

And those that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them and make merry and shall send gifts one to another because these two prophets tormented those that dwelt on the earth.
