S o Joshua sent them forth, and they went to the place of ambush and remained between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of Ai; but Joshua lodged that night among the people.

Então Josué os enviou. Eles foram e ficaram de emboscada entre Betel e Ai, a oeste de Ai. Josué, porém, passou aquela noite com o povo.
