F or you understand that later on, when he wanted his inheritance of the blessing, he was rejected (disqualified and set aside), for he could find no opportunity to repair by repentance, although he sought for it carefully with tears.

for ye know that also afterwards, wishing to inherit the blessing, he was disapproved of, for a place of reformation he found not, though with tears having sought it.
