H e is the Rock, His work is perfect, for all His ways are law and justice. A God of faithfulness without breach or deviation, just and right is He.

他 是 磐 石 ， 他 的 作 为 完 全 ； 他 所 行 的 无 不 公 平 ， 是 诚 实 无 伪 的 神 ， 又 公 义 ， 又 正 直 。
