A nd when we cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, the Lord heard our voice and looked on our affliction and our labor and our oppression;

Allora gridammo all'Eterno, il DIO dei nostri padri, e l'Eterno udì la nostra voce, vide la nostra afflizione, il nostro duro lavoro e la nostra oppressione.
