Deuteronomy 25:2 ~ 申 命 記 25:2

T hen if the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall cause him to lie down and be beaten in his presence with a certain number of stripes according to his offense.

恶 人 若 该 受 责 打 ， 审 判 官 就 要 叫 他 当 面 伏 在 地 上 ， 按 着 他 的 罪 照 数 责 打 。
