A nd they shall fine him 100 shekels of silver and give them to the father of the young woman, because he has brought an evil name upon a virgin of Israel. And she shall be his wife; he may not divorce her all his days.

Să-l pună să plătească o sută de şecheli de argint şi să-i dea tatălui fetei, pentru că a scos nume rău unei fecioare israelite. Ea va rămâne soţia lui, iar el nu va putea s-o izgonească toată viaţa lui.
