A nd I charged your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brethren and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger or sojourner who is with him.

当 时 ， 我 嘱 咐 你 们 的 审 判 官 说 ： 你 们 听 讼 ， 无 论 是 弟 兄 彼 此 争 讼 ， 是 与 同 居 的 外 人 争 讼 ， 都 要 按 公 义 判 断 。
