A nd further Isaiah says, There shall be a Sprout from the Root of Jesse, He Who rises to rule over the Gentiles; in Him shall the Gentiles hope.

And again, Esaias says, There shall be the root of Jesse, and one that arises, to rule over nations: in him shall nations hope.
