N ow Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and he was laying them on the fire when a viper crawled out because of the heat and fastened itself on his hand.

那 時 ， 保 羅 拾 起 一 捆 柴 ， 放 在 火 上 ， 有 一 條 毒 蛇 ， 因 為 熱 了 出 來 ， 咬 住 他 的 手 。
