A nd Moses said to them, If the sons of Gad and Reuben will pass with you over the Jordan, every man armed to battle before the Lord, and the land shall be subdued before you, then you shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession.

Mosè disse loro: «Se i figli di Gad e i figli di Ruben passano con voi il Giordano, tutti gli uomini armati per combattere davanti all'Eterno, e il paese sarà soggiogato davanti a voi, darete loro in proprietà il paese di Galaad.
