N ow the sons of Reuben and of Gad had a very great multitude of cattle, and they saw the land of Jazer and the land of Gilead, and behold, the place was suitable for cattle.

Now the sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad had very many cattle. And they saw that the land of Jazer and the land of Gilead was a good place for cattle.
