B ut if her husband altogether holds his peace with her from day to day, then he establishes and confirms all her vows or all her pledges which are upon her. He establishes them because he said nothing to her on the day he heard of them.

Ma se il marito, giorno dopo giorno, non dice nulla in merito, egli conferma in questo modo tutti i suoi voti e tutte le obbligazioni a cui si è legata; li conferma, perché non ha detto nulla in merito il giorno che è venuto a saperlo.
