T ake the Levites instead of all the firstborn Israelites, and the Levites’ cattle instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be Mine. I am the Lord.

«خُذِ اللّاوِيِّينَ بَدَلَ كُلِّ صَبِيٍّ بِكْرٍ فِي بَني إسْرائِيلَ، وَخُذْ حَيواناتِ اللّاوِيِّينَ بَدَلَ كُلِّ أبْكارِ حَيواناتِ إسْرائِيلَ. اللّاوِيُّونَ لِي، أنا اللهَ.
