T ake the rod, and assemble the congregation, you and Aaron your brother, and tell the rock before their eyes to give forth its water, and you shall bring forth to them water out of the rock; so you shall give the congregation and their livestock drink.

«Toma la vara, y tú y tu hermano Aarón reúnan a la congregación, y a la vista de todos ellos díganle a la peña que les dé agua. Así sacarás agua de la peña, y les darás de beber a la congregación y a sus bestias.»
