A ll the Israelites grumbled and deplored their situation, accusing Moses and Aaron, to whom the whole congregation said, Would that we had died in Egypt! Or that we had died in this wilderness!

Y murmuraron contra Moisés y Aarón todos los hijos de Israel; y les dijo toda la congregación: ¡Ojalá hubiéramos muerto en la tierra de Egipto! ¡Ojalá hubiéramos muerto en este desierto!
