Micah 5:2 ~ Micah 5:2

B ut you, Bethlehem Ephratah, you are little to be among the clans of Judah; out of you shall One come forth for Me Who is to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth have been from of old, from ancient days (eternity).

(And thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, little to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall he come forth unto me to be Ruler in Israel: whose goings forth are from of old, from the days of eternity.)
