B ut lately (yesterday) My people have stood up as an enemy. Off from the garment you strip the cloak of those who pass by in secure confidence of safety and are averse to war.

But of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye strip the robe from off the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.
