I will break also the bar of Damascus and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven or On, and him who holds the scepter from Beth-eden; and the people of Syria shall go into exile to Kir, says the Lord.

Spezzerò le sbarre di Damasco, sterminerò ogni abitante da Bicat-Aven e colui che tiene lo scettro da Bet-Eden, e il popolo di Siria andrà in esilio a Chir», dice il Signore.
