B ut I will for their sake remember the covenant with their forefathers whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God. I am the Lord.

Je me souviendrai en leur faveur de l'ancienne alliance, par laquelle je les ai fait sortir du pays d'Égypte, aux yeux des nations, pour être leur Dieu. Je suis l'Éternel.
