A nd if a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave betrothed to a husband and not yet ransomed or given her freedom, they shall be punished; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free;

Lorsqu'un homme couchera et aura commerce avec une femme, si c'est une esclave fiancée à un autre homme, et qui n'a pas été rachetée ou affranchie, ils seront châtiés, mais non punis de mort, parce qu'elle n'a pas été affranchie.
