W homever he who has the discharge touches without rinsing his hands in water shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until evening.

And whomsoever he toucheth who hath the flux and hath not rinsed his hands in water—he shall wash his garments, and bathe in water, and be unclean until the even.
